I wanted to incorporate the idea of making the video a painting on a wall. I would like to carry the version further and make still shots and from that point allow different options to make the paintings look like various styles. For now this is a work in progress and I kind of like where it is headed.

I agree with anthony. Also the fact that you have some interaction with a bug flying over the webcam screen. Awesome.
painter idea is different from the rest, now if we only knew some cool effects to give it that painterly appearnace

I agree with you. Different aesthetics and filters over the video would enhance the illusion of a painting on a wall.
The bug's flight over the screen is a nice simulation of depth.
This is easily one of the best looking pieces you've made thus far. It'd be cool if this is supposed to be a painting to have multiple movie clips like a gallery all with the same movie playing... knowutimsaying?!
